Fees & Funding

Think Say Do Therapy Services accept National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants who are Plan Managed or Self-Managed.

 

We reserve the right to change our fees according to the NDIS guidelines.

Medicare Plan rebates are available for clients under a Chronic Disease Management Plan which are issued by the child’s General Practitioner.

 

Full payment for services is requested, a receipt will then be issued promptly which can be lodged with Medicare to receive your rebate. 

Some private health funds offer rebate for speech pathology  services.

 

Please discuss this with your individual private health funds as rebates can vary depending on your level of cover.

additional funding or rebates.

Comprehensive assessments are charged based on the amount of time taken to complete the
assessment and written report.
​

Short assessment and written summary $485


Longer Assessment with full report $680

​

Extended Assessment with full report $775

​

*Additional travel costs apply and are calculated based on location.​

$193.99 per hour (45 minute session + 15 minutes allocated administration/service preparation)

 

An additional travel fee is charged based on location of service, as per NDIS guidelines.

Payment Information

Think Say Do Therapy Services receive payments via direct debit/bank transfer. Invoices and receipts are sent electronically via email.

 

Cancellation fees will apply for non-attendance and late notification.

 

We require 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel the scheduled session.
