Think Say Do Therapy Services accept National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants who are Plan Managed or Self-Managed.
We reserve the right to change our fees according to the NDIS guidelines.
Medicare Plan rebates are available for clients under a Chronic Disease Management Plan which are issued by the child’s General Practitioner.
Full payment for services is requested, a receipt will then be issued promptly which can be lodged with Medicare to receive your rebate.
Some private health funds offer rebate for speech pathology services.
Please discuss this with your individual private health funds as rebates can vary depending on your level of cover.

Comprehensive assessments are charged based on the amount of time taken to complete the
assessment and written report.​

Please note that comprehensive speech pathology assessments may require up to three assessment sessions to complete, depending on the complexity of your child's needs, attention, participation, and the areas requiring evaluation. Assessment sessions are charged at our standard rate of $193.99 per hour. Following the assessment, a detailed written report may be recommended to summarise findings, provide diagnostic impressions, and outline therapy recommendations. Report writing is charged at the same hourly rate of $193.99 and can take up to three hours to complete, depending on the level of detail required and any supporting documentation needed for NDIS, educational, or medical purposes.

$193.99 per hour (45 minute session + 15 minutes allocated administration/service preparation)
An additional travel fee is charged based on location of service, as per NDIS guidelines.

Please note that additional fees may be incurred for activities completed outside of direct therapy sessions where clinically required, including but not limited to administration, service coordination, report writing, liaison with other professionals, resource preparation, and other tasks necessary to support the delivery of services.

Think Say Do Therapy Services receive payments via direct debit/bank transfer. Invoices and receipts are sent electronically via email.
Cancellation fees will apply for non-attendance and late notification.
We require 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel the scheduled session.
